Delta Air Lines is to suspend its Atlanta-Dakar-Cape Town service. The flights operate from Atlanta with a fuel stop in Dakar, where transfers are available with Delta's New York-Dakar service.
The last service from Atlanta to Dakar and Cape Town will depart from Atlanta on August 28th. The last service from Cape Town to Atlanta, via Dakar will depart on August 29.
Delta will continue to serve Johannesburg in South Africa from both Atlanta and New York.
Passengers affected by the changes will be re-accommodated.
